In 2023, MZ Bright Horizons Holding Corporation was founded by Dr. Morteza Zaherabi.

The purpose of establishing the company is to provide a space for the exchange of ideas and the execution of intellectual, financial, business, or a combination thereof, by performing a variety of different tasks.

While it may not be possible to effectively interchange intellectual, taste, and skill diversity within the framework of a single company, within the structure of a parent company (holding company), it is possible to better manage these diversities and combinations. Bright Horizons Company is a starting point for implementing this type of perspective.

The Bright Horizons conglomerate is growing and expanding in various business areas and currently includes four subsidiaries:

(NTC Plus), operating in the field of homemade ice cream makers and also providing pre-mix materials for those who are sensitive to their diet and seek to make homemade ice cream with significantly different and better speed and quality. 4. Augmented Reality, which can be accessed through augmented reality glasses on mobile phones, while also allowing remote guidance on how specialized tasks can be performed.
